EU sumit - Austria.

EU may have shot itself in the foot. 
If the UK votes again and feel the EU is too aggressive and unyielding in working the issue with teresa May, the people may well say "screw you", and Brexit with NO deal.

Boris Johnson - Prime Minister- he made it - people need to decide

Step 1.
Cameron fail in Brexit referendum. (Boris could have argued for or against, he is clever enough)

Step 2.
Let Teresa May fail at getting a good deal. (Boris stays fairly quiet)

Step 3.
Parliament fails to ratify anything. (Boris stands as only politician capable of making "no deal" work)
 and apposes referendum.

Step 4.
Teresa May thrown out and Boris elected as leader who will save the country from EU bureaucrats.
