When a person is killed by accident or deliberate action of another, it is 100% "the end" of an opportunity for a human being to do good in the world!
And for the Family and Friends of the dead, a tragic and desperately sad situation is assured.
There is no "half way house". Death is 100% effective at taking all opportunity away. Whether an event leads to the ending one life or 100, for each the impact is total.
If an American, British or French bomb ends the life of an innocent mother, child or bystander, it has the same impact as the terrorist shooting and killing in a restaurant.
A suicide bomber is a victim too. They are 100% dead as much as any other.
The politicians, whether they be democratically elected or a self appointed tyrant, are responsible for the action taken by others in their name.
The saddest players of all in the current war are the "brainwashed", on both sides who cannot think for themselves.
